Information collected
The form may collect a parent/guardian name, email, student age, preferred subject, country/time zone, schedule preferences and optional message so we can respond to and coordinate the trial request.
Third-party processing
Submissions are processed by Formspree. Review Formspree’s privacy policy for its data practices. Submissions are delivered to the school’s account according to its Formspree settings.
Children and privacy
A parent or guardian should submit the form. Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive details about a child through this form.
Data requests
To ask about or request deletion of a submission, reply to the confirmation email or contact the school through its official contact channel.
