Brilliant Algorithm is a licensed educational company in the United Arab Emirates. We provide live, 1-on-1 online coding lessons for children and teens. For privacy questions, please use our Contact page.

When a parent or guardian requests a free trial, we may collect the first name, last name, student age, email address, mobile or WhatsApp number, and optional course-interest information. We also receive information that you choose to send through messages or social channels.
Our website may collect technical and usage information through cookies and analytics technologies, such as pages viewed, approximate device or browser information, and interaction events. We do not ask families to enter card details into our website form.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to trial requests, schedule lessons, communicate with parents or guardians, provide and improve our services, protect the website, measure marketing performance, process a requested payment, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of the website and business. These may include Formspree for trial-form delivery, Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics for website measurement, Meta technologies for advertising measurement, and website, review-widget, email, or hosting providers. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and may process data outside the UAE.
5. Payments
When you choose a Stripe payment option, payment details are entered into Stripe’s checkout environment. Brilliant Algorithm does not intentionally store full card numbers on this website. The amount, product, taxes, and payment terms shown on the Stripe checkout page should be reviewed before payment.
6. Children and parental responsibility
Our services are designed for children and teens ages 7–18. A parent or legal guardian should submit a trial request, provide contact information, and make payment decisions for a minor. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information about a child through the form.
7. Cookies and analytics
We may use essential technologies to operate the site and analytics or advertising technologies to understand visits and conversions. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect parts of the site.
8. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or explain how we use personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. Submit a request through the Contact page and include enough information for us to identify the relevant request.
