Terms of Service
The basic terms for using Brilliant Algorithm services.
Draft — review with a qualified UAE lawyer before publication. This basic template is based on the information currently provided by Brilliant Algorithm. Effective date: 12 August 2026.
1. About these terms
These terms govern access to the Brilliant Algorithm website and live, 1-on-1 coding lessons. Brilliant Algorithm is a licensed educational company in the United Arab Emirates. By using the website or requesting a lesson, you agree to these terms as applicable to your use.
2. Eligibility and parent consent
Our courses are designed for children and teens ages 7–18. A parent or legal guardian must submit a request, approve participation, and make payment decisions for a minor. You agree to provide accurate contact and student information.
3. Free trial lessons
The first trial lesson is offered without charge and without an obligation to continue, subject to availability and reasonable scheduling rules. We may limit repeated trial requests or refuse a request where necessary to protect the service or prevent misuse.
4. Lessons and scheduling
Lessons are live and delivered online. Families are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and timely attendance. We may adjust a teacher or time when reasonably necessary and will communicate material changes through the contact details provided.
5. Prices and payment
Prices, packages, discounts, taxes, and payment terms are those shown or confirmed at the time of enrollment. If you choose the available Stripe payment option, payment is processed through Stripe’s checkout. The current sample payment link is for the Roblox Studio product at US$100: open Stripe checkout. Review the product, amount, and terms on Stripe before paying.
6. Cancellation, pause, and refunds
Families may request to pause or cancel future lessons by contacting us. Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or unused-lesson treatment will depend on the package terms confirmed at enrollment and applicable law. We will communicate the applicable policy before a paid enrollment is completed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with lessons, impersonate another person, submit malicious material, attempt unauthorized access, or use course materials to infringe another person’s rights. Parents and students should treat teachers and other participants respectfully.
8. Educational content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, lesson materials, and original course content belong to Brilliant Algorithm or its licensors unless stated otherwise. We grant enrolled families a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use lesson materials for the student’s learning. Do not copy, sell, publish, or redistribute materials without permission.
9. No guarantee of a particular outcome
We aim to provide high-quality instruction, but learning outcomes vary by age, attendance, practice, prior experience, and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular academic, competition, employment, or financial result.
10. Third-party services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as Stripe, Formspree, Google Analytics, Meta, social platforms, review widgets, and video or communication services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change parts of the service when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, safety concerns, or other lawful reasons. Updates will be posted on this page.
12. Contact
For questions about these terms, enrollment, or payment, please use the Contact page. Before publication, add the UAE license number, registered address, governing-law wording, dispute-resolution wording, and a complete refund policy after professional review.
